Warranty Information

At Noble Comfort, we stand behind the quality of every bed we produce. All of our adjustable beds are made to order using carefully selected materials and components. As such, we provide a warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal residential use.

What is covered

• Structural frame integrity
• Adjustable mechanisms and motors
• Electrical components supplied with the bed
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What is not covered

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
• Accidental damage
• Normal softening or settling of materials over time

Making a claim

If you experience an issue with your bed, please contact our support team with details and, where possible, photos or videos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will:

• Repair the item, or
• Replace the affected component, or
• Offer a suitable alternative resolution where appropriate

As all beds are made to order, warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer. We aim to make the process straightforward, fair, and transparent at every stage.
