Returns, Refunds & Delivery
At Noble Comfort, all beds are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of our products.
Made-to-order products
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or returned simply due to change of mind. Each bed is built specifically for you, based on your selected configuration.
Damaged or faulty items
If your bed arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange one of the following where appropriate:
- Repair
- Replacement of the affected part
- Collection and refund (where resolution is not possible)
Returns process
Where a return is agreed:
- We will arrange collection of the item
- Items must be returned in a reasonable condition (unless faulty)
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Delivery expectations
As all beds are made to order, delivery timelines are longer than standard retail products. We provide regular updates throughout the production process so you are fully informed at each stage.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your product is custom-made and subject to this policy.
